Milton Keynes Half Marathon 2027
The Milton Keynes Marathon Weekend is a multi-award-winning marathon event and consistently ranks in the ‘Top 10 UK Marathons’ and the Half Marathon is very much a part of this! The MK Marathon is part of the wider MK Marathon Weekend which includes a Half Marathon, Marathon Relay, 10K, 5K plus a Superhero Fun Run.

The Route(s)
The area surrounding Milton Keynes is blessed with a tremendous amount of natural beauty. The event organisers have taken full advantage of this to showcase the very best that the city has offer. The Milton Keynes Marathon Weekend now offers a number of different distances including a Full Marathon, Marathon Relay, Half Marathon and number 5K Fun Runs. All courses are scenic, flat and fast and it is easy to see why this is one of the UK’s fastest growing marathon events. About 10,000 runners are expected to take part this year!

Run 4 Cancer - About Us
Set up by a team of running enthusiasts, all of whom have lost a family member or a friend to cancer, Run 4 Cancer is primarily a provider of days out and short-breaks for British families affected by cancer. We give families something to look forward to during the most difficult of times. We also make grants to UK based care institutions and support research into the positive effects of exercise (e.g. running) and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.
